1969
- Men's Swimming National Championship Men's swimming won the first NCAA title in SDSU history. They also won in 1970 and 1971.
2023
- NCAA Basketball National Championship Game The Aztecs made a historic run to the national championship game, losing to UConn 76-59. First Final Four in school history.
2007
- College World Series Debut SDSU became the first team in CWS history to win extra-inning games on consecutive days.
